Using the service
You must be a business user and follow our Acceptable use policy and the laws that apply to your outreach.
Your content
You own your campaigns and data. You give us the rights we need to run the service for you.
Third-party services
Data providers, mailbox providers and other integrations are governed by their own terms and billed by them where applicable.
Payment
Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Usage beyond your plan is billed at the listed rate.
Liability
The service is provided as is, to the extent the law allows. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the prior 12 months.
