Short answerThe best RB2B alternative depends on what RB2B is not giving you. Leadfeeder and Albacross identify companies and suit European traffic from €59 to €79 a month. Warmly adds chat and orchestration from about $15,000 a year, and Vector starts at $36,000 a year. If the gap is acting on the visit, add an outbound layer rather than swapping the identification tool.
Key takeaways
- RB2B's person-level identification is US-only. For traffic from elsewhere, company-level tools such as Leadfeeder and Albacross are the practical alternative.
- Published RB2B prices work out to about $0.25 per identified visitor on Starter and Pro. Alternatives are priced per company or per contract, so compare cost per useful lead, not the headline price.
- Warmly (from $15,000 a year per Warmly) and Vector (from $36,000 a year) are a different budget class. Warmly agreed to be acquired by HubSpot on 30 June 2026.
- Match-rate claims differ by roughly 10x between sources. Run two tools side by side for two weeks on your own traffic before you switch.
- Most teams that leave RB2B did not need better identification. They needed someone or something to act on the alert.
Almost every list of RB2B alternatives is written by a company that sells one. We looked at the top results, and the same pattern shows up: the author's product is first, prices are missing or vague, and nobody says what an identified visitor costs. So here is the version we would want to read. Prices come from each vendor's own pricing page, checked on 25 October 2026, and where we couldn't confirm something we say so.
One disclosure up front. Outbound Labs is an AI SDR, and it has a visitor feature that identifies companies, not people. It is on the list below, but it will not be the right answer for most people reading this.
Why do people look for an RB2B alternative?
People leave RB2B for four reasons: person-level identification only works for US visitors, the share of visitors identified is modest and varies by plan, pricing counts each identified visitor, and the product stops at an alert. RB2B does that one job cheaply and quickly. The complaints are mostly about what buyers expected it to do next.
RB2B's own FAQ says its person-level database is US-only, so visitors elsewhere resolve at company level at best. The same page claims 70-80% of traffic identified, but only when person-level and company-level matches are added together: customers typically see 30-40% at person level and another 30-40% at company level. The Something Inc teardown quotes the founder's own figure as 5-20% of US traffic at person level. Those numbers can all be true at once, because they measure different things.
The fourth reason matters most. The same teardown makes a point we agree with: a Slack channel that fires alerts nobody watches on a Friday afternoon is functionally the same as having no identification tool. If that is your situation, a new tool won't help. We cover the follow-up side in our guide to website visitor follow-up emails.
What does RB2B cost, and what do you get?
RB2B has a free plan and paid plans from $79 a month. The free plan identifies companies only. Person-level identification starts on Starter at $79, business emails and integrations start on Pro at $149, and Pro+ at $199 claims higher coverage. All figures below are from RB2B's pricing page.
| Plan | Price | Monthly resolutions | What changes | Overage |
| Free | $0 | 150 | Company-level ID, push to Slack | None listed |
| Starter | $79 | 300 | Person-level ID, LinkedIn URLs to Slack or Teams, no emails | 45¢ |
| Pro | From $149 | 600 and up | Business emails, all integrations, 15-20% coverage | 25¢ |
| Pro+ | From $199 | 600 and up | Premium resolution, 35-45% coverage | 25¢ |
A resolution is one identified visitor delivered to you. Person-level identification is US only on every plan, and RB2B's GDPR page says anyone using its global company-level identification must run a consent management tool. That second point catches teams out.
What are the best RB2B alternatives?
The best RB2B alternatives fall into three groups: company-level tools for non-US traffic (Leadfeeder, Albacross), person-level platforms with engagement features (Warmly), and account-based marketing platforms (Vector, 6sense, ZoomInfo). The fourth option is to keep identification and add something that follows up.
| Tool | Identifies | Best for | Entry price (source: vendor page) |
| Leadfeeder | Companies | European traffic, marketing reports | Free Lite plan; Discover from €79/month billed annually |
| Albacross | Companies | Cheap EU-friendly entry, built-in sequences | Starter €59/month billed yearly |
| Warmly | People and companies | Chat and orchestration on top of identification | TAM Agent from $15,000/year, Inbound Agent from $30,000/year (Warmly's own comparison page) |
| Vector | Accounts and buying groups | ABM teams running ads and scoring | Presets from $36,000/year |
| ZoomInfo, 6sense | Accounts, large databases | Enterprise ABM | Not published; ask the vendors |
| Outbound Labs | Companies | Following up on identified companies | 1,000 visitors a month on Growth ($149) |
Leadfeeder
Leadfeeder's pricing page lists a free Lite plan (last 100 companies a month, seven days of history), Discover from €79 a month billed annually, Activate from €369 and Scale from €599. Price depends on how many unique companies it identifies in a month, and repeat visits from one company count once. Every plan has unlimited users. It identifies companies only, so you still have to find the person. Pick it if your traffic is European or you want reports by channel and campaign.
Albacross
Albacross starts at €59 a month billed yearly for up to 50 identified companies a month, with Slack and Teams alerts and AI-written email and LinkedIn sequences on the plan list. Like Leadfeeder it works at company level. It is the cheapest entry here that lets you act on the visit without extra tools, but check how the sequences perform for your buyers before you rely on them.
Warmly
Warmly adds chat, buying-committee identification and outreach on top of person-level identification. On its own comparison page it lists the TAM Agent from $15,000 a year and the Inbound Agent from $30,000 a year. Its pricing page didn't render for us, so confirm current numbers with Warmly. One status fact matters: on 30 June 2026 Warmly announced it had agreed to be acquired by HubSpot, and CMSWire reported the terms weren't disclosed. Warmly says existing contracts, pricing and integrations are unchanged today. Longer term it plans to connect its agents across HubSpot's platform, so a multi-year commitment deserves a question about the roadmap.
Vector
Vector sells one annual contract covering signals, account scoring, buying-group journeys and ad audiences. Its presets start at $36,000 a year (Starter), $60,000 (Growth) and $96,000 (Scale), and the final price follows your usage. That is an ABM platform for marketing teams with ad budgets, not a like-for-like swap for a $79 plan.
ZoomInfo and 6sense
Both bundle visitor identification with large databases and intent data. Warmly's comparison page says neither publishes prices, and we couldn't find a public price on either, so treat any number you see in a roundup as a guess and ask for a quote.
Outbound Labs
Our visitor identification matches visits to companies, not private individuals. Once a company shows interest, the Prospector agent finds a decision maker through B2B data provider APIs (billed by the provider), the Writer drafts the email, and you approve every campaign before it sends. Growth includes 1,000 identified visitors a month at $149, Scale 10,000 at $499, and the script waits for cookie consent where the law requires it. If you need a named person in Slack in minutes, RB2B or Warmly does that and we don't. See the six agents and pricing for the rest.
What does an identified visitor really cost?
On published plans RB2B costs about $0.25 per identified visitor on Pro and $0.26 on Starter if you use the full allowance. Alternatives bill per company or per contract, so the unit isn't the same. Compare what you pay for each name you can use, not the monthly headline.
| Tool and plan | Price | What it buys | Cost per unit (our arithmetic) |
| RB2B Starter | $79/month | 300 resolutions (people) | About $0.26 |
| RB2B Pro | $149/month | 600 resolutions (people) | About $0.25 |
| Leadfeeder Discover, smallest tier | €79/month, annual billing | Up to 50 companies | About €1.58 per company |
| Leadfeeder Discover, 1,000 companies | €309/month, annual billing | Up to 1,000 companies | About €0.31 per company |
| Albacross Starter | €59/month, billed yearly | Up to 50 companies | About €1.18 per company |
| Warmly TAM Agent | $15,000/year | Contract, not per visitor | About $1,250 per month |
| Vector Starter | $36,000/year | Contract, not per visitor | About $3,000 per month |
Here is a worked example. Say a US-heavy site gets 4,000 business visits a month. RB2B's page says coverage is 15-20% on Starter and Pro, so expect roughly 600-800 identified visitors. Pro includes 600, and the extra 200 at 25¢ is $50, so about $199 a month. On Pro+ the page claims 35-45%, which would be 1,400-1,800 people and a bigger tier. RB2B doesn't say whether coverage is measured against visits or unique visitors, so treat this as a range, not a forecast.
The cost that doesn't appear in any table is the follow-up. Whoever turns 700 names into 20 conversations is the real expense. Our cost per meeting calculator shows how to put a number on it.
Which RB2B alternatives suit enterprises?
Enterprises usually need global coverage, CRM sync, account scoring and a vendor that will still exist in its current form in three years. That points to Warmly (with the HubSpot caveat), Vector, 6sense or ZoomInfo, all sold through sales teams. Legal review matters here too: RB2B's person-level data is US-only by design, so a company with European visitors needs a consent setup either way.
Budget is the filter. Warmly's published starting contracts and Vector's presets sit at $15,000-96,000 a year, which is roughly 8 to 50 times the cost of RB2B Pro for a year ($1,788). Make sure the extra spend buys something RB2B can't, such as ad audiences, buying-group mapping or a live chat on the site, rather than a longer list of names.
Which RB2B alternatives suit marketers?
Marketers get the most from tools that report by channel and campaign and feed ad audiences. Leadfeeder's plans include channel, campaign and page reports and, on Discover and above, Google and LinkedIn ad reports. Vector builds ad audiences from its signals. RB2B is built for sales alerts, so a marketer asking which campaigns bring the right companies will likely outgrow it.
How do you test an alternative before switching?
Run the new tool and RB2B side by side for two weeks, divide identified visitors by engaged sessions, and spot-check against people you already know. Knock2's guide found published RB2B match rates differ by nearly 10x depending on the denominator. It sells a competitor, but the method is sound.
- Fix the denominator. Use engaged sessions from your analytics, not all sessions.
- Split by country. A US-only person-level tool will look weak on European traffic, and that is expected.
- Check your consent banner. Two scripts means two things to disclose.
- Count actions, not names. How many identified visitors led to a reply, a meeting or a closed deal in two weeks?
- Write down who owns the alert. If nobody does, fix that before you pay for anything.
Which RB2B alternative should you pick?
Pick by the job RB2B isn't doing. If the traffic is outside the US, use a company-level tool. If you want engagement on the page, look at Warmly. If you run ABM and ads, look at Vector. If the names arrive and nothing happens, you don't need a replacement.
| Your situation | Look at |
| Mostly US traffic, someone reads Slack daily | Stay on RB2B |
| Mostly European traffic | Leadfeeder or Albacross |
| Want live chat and routing on the site | Warmly, after asking about the HubSpot roadmap |
| Marketing team running ABM ads | Vector, or Leadfeeder's reports |
| Names arrive, no one follows up | An AI SDR that emails the right person, with your approval |
The last row is where we sit. Our agents work from company-level visits, and you approve each campaign. We explain why that approval step matters in what an AI SDR should never do without your approval, and how sending stays healthy in deliverability for AI cold email. Frequently asked questions
Is there a free alternative to RB2B?
Leadfeeder has a free Lite plan that shows the last 100 companies a month, and RB2B itself has a free plan that now covers company-level identification only, with 150 resolutions a month. Neither names individuals on the free tier.
Can I run RB2B and an alternative at the same time?
Yes. Identification scripts are separate snippets, so you can run two for a couple of weeks and compare results. Check your consent banner covers both before you do.
Is RB2B legal to use in the UK and EU?
RB2B says its person-level identification is US-only for that reason, and its own GDPR page says the global company-level identification needs a consent management tool. This is not legal advice, so ask your own counsel before you rely on any visitor tracking.
What is the difference between person-level and company-level visitor identification?
Person-level tools try to name the individual, usually with a LinkedIn profile or business email. Company-level tools match the visit to an organisation from its network, then you find the right person yourself.
Do I need to replace RB2B if the alerts go unread?
Probably not. If nobody acts on the Slack alerts, a different tool will produce the same unread alerts. Fix who owns the follow-up first.
