RB2B pricing: what each plan includes and what a visitor really costs

RB2B pricing from its own page: Free, Starter $79, Pro from $149, Pro+ from $199. See what each includes, the cost per identified visitor and hidden costs.

Short answer

RB2B has a free plan with company-level identification, then Starter at $79 a month (300 resolutions), Pro from $149 (600, with business emails and integrations) and Pro+ from $199 (higher match rates). Extra identified visitors cost 45¢ on Starter and 25¢ on Pro and Pro+, so a person costs about $0.25 to $0.33 once you add domains and follow-up time.

Key takeaways

  • RB2B's page lists monthly prices only: Free $0, Starter $79, Pro from $149, Pro+ from $199. At the entry tier that is $0, $948, $1,788 and $2,388 over twelve months before overage.
  • Using the full allowance, a resolution costs about $0.26 on Starter, $0.25 on Pro and $0.33 on Pro+. Starter's 45¢ overage means Pro is cheaper once you pass about 455 identified visitors a month.
  • Person-level identification is US only on every plan. Visits from other countries can only produce company-level records, so price the plan against your US business traffic.
  • Prices above the entry tier of Pro and Pro+ are not in RB2B's page text, and third-party figures conflict. Get the tier you need quoted in writing.
  • An alert only pays if someone acts on it. Budget the follow-up time before you budget the subscription.

Most RB2B pricing articles are written by someone selling an alternative, and several still quote a $119 Pro plan that no longer exists. We read RB2B's own pricing page on 28 October 2026 and built everything below from it. Where the page is silent, we say so instead of guessing. If you want competitor prices, they live in our RB2B alternatives guide; this post stays on RB2B.

How much does RB2B cost?

RB2B costs $0 on its free plan, $79 a month on Starter, from $149 on Pro and from $199 on Pro+. All four prices are monthly, and the page lists no annual plan. The "from" prices are the entry volume tier, 600 resolutions a month. Bigger tiers cost more.

What does each RB2B plan include?

The plans differ on who gets identified and where the data can go. Free names companies only. Starter adds people through LinkedIn URLs. Pro adds business emails and every integration. Pro+ keeps all of that and raises the match rate from 15-20% to 35-45%, per RB2B's page.

Two details matter. Starter has no emails and no CRM, so a rep copies names by hand. And RB2B's FAQ says every account starts with a 7-day full-featured trial, then drops to the free plan or upgrades.

What does RB2B cost per identified visitor?

Using the whole allowance, an RB2B resolution costs about 26¢ on Starter, 25¢ on Pro and 33¢ on Pro+ at the entry tier. Overage is 45¢ on Starter and 25¢ on Pro and Pro+. The unit is one identified visitor, so a visit that goes unmatched costs you nothing.

Plan and tierPriceResolutionsCost per resolution (our arithmetic)
Starter$79300About $0.26
Pro, entry tier$149600About $0.25
Pro+, entry tier$199600About $0.33
Any overage on Starter45¢ eachPer extra$0.45
Any overage on Pro or Pro+25¢ eachPer extra$0.25

The first useful number is the break-even between Starter and Pro. Starter costs $79 plus 45¢ for every resolution above 300. That reaches $149 at about 455 resolutions, so beyond that Pro is cheaper and also adds emails and integrations. If you expect more than roughly 450 people a month, skip Starter.

The second is Pro against Pro+. Take a site with 3,000 US business visits a month, which is our assumption. At RB2B's published coverage, Pro's 15-20% gives about 450-600 people for $149. Pro+'s 35-45% gives about 1,050-1,350 people, which is 600 included plus 450-750 at 25¢, so about $312-387. The cost per name is similar (roughly 25-33¢), but the bill is more than double. RB2B doesn't say whether coverage is measured against visits or unique visitors, so read these as ranges. Knock2's guide (a competitor) found published RB2B match rates differ by nearly 10x depending on the denominator.

A name is not a lead, either. If one in five identified visitors fits your ideal customer profile (an assumption, not a benchmark), $149 for 600 names is about $1.24 per name you actually want. Our cost per meeting calculator carries that one step further.

What are the hidden costs of RB2B?

RB2B's hidden costs are overage, extra domains, higher volume tiers, consent setup for non-US traffic, and the labour of acting on each alert. The subscription is the smallest part of the bill if nobody owns follow-up.

  • Overage. Billed per resolution above your allowance, and a traffic spike can double a Starter bill.
  • Extra domains. The page says "$99/mo (up to 5)" on Pro and Pro+. Leadhaste points out that this wording doesn't say whether $99 covers all five domains or each one. It also doesn't say whether domains share the resolution pool. Ask.
  • Consent. RB2B's GDPR page says its global company-level identification needs a consent management tool. That tool may be a second bill.
  • Labour. Someone installs the script, maps the CRM, sets exclusions and reads the alerts. Something Inc says an alert channel nobody watches on a Friday afternoon is the same as having no tool.
  • The next step. A name in Slack still needs an email, a reason to write and a send. Our guide to website visitor follow-up emails shows that part.

What can't you confirm from RB2B's pricing page?

The pricing page doesn't state prices above the entry tier of Pro and Pro+, contract terms, rollover, refunds or pausing. Third-party articles fill the gaps with figures that conflict, so treat each as unconfirmed and get the answer from RB2B in writing.

Also note that older posts, and some directories, still show a $119 Pro or a $129 starting price. RB2B's page today shows Starter at $79 and Pro from $149.

Is the RB2B free plan or trial enough?

The free plan is enough to test whether your traffic is identifiable at company level, but it won't name a person. For people, use the 7-day trial: RB2B says every account gets full features with no card, then keeps the free plan afterwards.

Treat the week as an acceptance test, as Leadhaste suggests. Install the script, then check which pages fired, how many US and non-US visits resolved, whether records reached Slack or the CRM, and whether internal and customer traffic was excluded. If your site gets mostly non-US traffic, the trial tells you quickly that person-level won't help, which is worth knowing before $79 a month.

Which RB2B plan should you pick?

Pick by how many US visitors you can realistically follow up, not by the biggest allowance. Under 300 names a month, Starter or Free is enough. Between roughly 450 and 600, Pro is cheaper than Starter and adds emails. Pro+ only makes sense if you can use twice as many names.

That last row is where we'd start. Our visitor identification matches companies, not people, and the agents in our AI SDR research a decision maker and draft the email while you approve every campaign, as we explain in what an AI SDR should never do without approval. Frequently asked questions

Is RB2B free?
RB2B has a free plan with 150 resolutions a month, but it identifies companies, not people, and pushes only to Slack. Every account also gets a 7-day full-featured trial, and RB2B says no credit card is needed.
Does RB2B have an annual plan or a discount?
RB2B's pricing page lists monthly prices only and mentions no annual plan or discount. A competitor's page says plans are month-to-month with no annual option, but that is not on RB2B's own page. Check with RB2B before you assume either.
What counts as a resolution on RB2B?
RB2B defines a resolution as one identified website visitor that it delivers to you. Each plan includes a monthly number of them, and anything above is billed as overage.
Is RB2B cheaper than other visitor identification tools?
At $79 to $199 a month, RB2B's entry prices are low next to contract-priced platforms, but the units differ, so a headline price is not a fair comparison. Our RB2B alternatives guide sets published prices side by side.
Do unused RB2B resolutions roll over?
RB2B's pricing page does not say. A competitor's article claims they expire each billing cycle, but treat that as unconfirmed. Ask RB2B in writing before you buy a larger tier.
Can I use RB2B for visitors outside the US?
Only at company level. RB2B's pricing page says company-level identification is global on every plan and person-level identification is US only.
