Short answerBelkins suits B2B teams with a defined buyer, a budget of roughly $5,000 a month or more and patience for a multi-month term. Skip it for small budgets or niche markets. Public reviews are mostly strong, but price, guarantee remedy and contract length aren't fully published, so get them in writing.
Key takeaways
- Belkins' own pages give four different price signals: about $2,000 a month (2024), from $5,000 (service page), $8,000 (2025 guide) and a headline of 20 monthly meetings against a guarantee of 100 a year.
- On its entry package, $5,000 a month for 100 guaranteed appointments is $600 per booked appointment, or about $706 to $857 per held one at a 15% to 30% no-show rate (our arithmetic).
- Clutch shows 4.9 from 234 reviews, mostly positive, with a few missed-target and slow-start cases. Trustpilot has only 13 reviews and says Belkins doesn't invite them.
- Contract length, the remedy if the guarantee is missed and who owns domains and mailboxes aren't published. Competitor reviews claim 3 to 6 month minimums without naming a source.
Short answer. Belkins is worth a serious look if you sell a high-value B2B product to a defined audience, can fund roughly $5,000 a month or more, and can follow up on meetings fast. It's a poor fit for small budgets, niche technical markets or anyone who wants to test for a month. We sell software that competes with agencies, we haven't been a Belkins client, and every fact below comes from Belkins' own pages or a cited third party, checked on 2 November 2026. Where Belkins doesn't say, we say "check with Belkins".
Who is Belkins worth it for, and who should skip it?
Belkins fits mid-market and enterprise teams that know their buyer, have sales reps ready to take calls and are paying for a managed team rather than software. It's a weaker fit if your budget is under a few thousand dollars a month, your market is narrow or highly technical, or you haven't proven your offer yet. Our read:
| Your situation | Our read |
| Defined ICP, deal size in the tens of thousands, reps with open calendars | Worth a serious quote |
| You need email, LinkedIn and calling run by someone else | Matches what Belkins sells |
| Budget under about $5,000 a month | Look at small-business options or software |
| Niche technical product, or markets outside North America and Western Europe | Ask for case studies in your exact niche first |
| You want to prove the offer cheaply before committing | Test with software or a short pilot first |
What does Belkins actually do?
Belkins is a B2B lead generation agency that runs outbound campaigns and books sales appointments for clients. Its service page lists a team per client: an account manager, an SDR who books and qualifies appointments, a lead sourcing specialist, a copywriter and an email deliverability specialist. Channels are email, LinkedIn and cold calling, with WhatsApp and SMS as follow-up add-ons. It promises a 14-day onboarding in three phases, from setup in days 1 to 5 to launch by day 14.
Its pricing page shows three packages by yearly appointments: Small business (30+), Growth (100+) and Growth Plus (200+). The small-business package is described as delivered through partnering agencies in the Belkins ecosystem, not by Belkins' own team. Belkins also publishes outbound research, which we use in our own appointment setting statistics post. That research is useful, and it's also marketing, so treat it as both.
How much does Belkins cost?
Belkins doesn't publish a price list, and its own pages disagree. We found four signals on Belkins' own sites, each from a different date. Third-party estimates run higher, but they're unsourced estimates, and some come from competitors.
| Where | What it says | Date |
| Belkins cost guide | Basic retainer "around $2,000 per month"; comprehensive service $5,000 to $10,000 | Jan 2024 |
| Belkins appointment setting page | "From $5,000": 1,500 leads a month, three channels, 100 guaranteed appointments a year | Checked 2 Nov 2026 |
| Belkins' own "best companies" guide | The same package at $8,000 a month | Updated Sep 2025 |
| Belkins pricing page | Packages by appointments a year; no prices | Checked 2 Nov 2026 |
| Third parties (Salesforge, LeadHaste, Callbox) | Roughly $5,000 to $15,000 a month, setup $2,000 to $5,000, 3 to 6 month minimums; no named source | Apr to Oct 2026 |
Treat the third-party numbers as a sanity check, not a quote. Salesforge's review lists six price estimates from other sites and says Belkins hasn't confirmed any of them. Salesforge, Callbox and LeadHaste all sell competing services. For broader context on retainers versus per-meeting pricing, see our guide to what appointment setting costs.
What does the Belkins guarantee cover, and what does a held meeting cost?
On the entry package, Belkins says "100 guaranteed appts/year". Its page also headlines "20 monthly meetings", which would be 240 a year. Those two numbers don't match, so ask which one is in your contract. Smartlead reads the guarantee as counting booked appointments, not held ones. Belkins' page lists no-show recovery in every package (reminders 24 hours and 1 hour before calls) but doesn't say what happens if the number isn't hit.
Here's the arithmetic from Belkins' two published prices. The no-show range of 15% to 30% is Smartlead's reported figure for cold-booked meetings, not Belkins' own.
| Monthly price | 12-month cost | Per booked appointment (100) | Per held appointment (70 to 85 held) |
| $5,000 | $60,000 | $600 | $706 to $857 |
| $8,000 | $96,000 | $960 | $1,129 to $1,371 |
If the headline of 20 monthly meetings were real at $5,000, the cost would be $250 per booked meeting. The guarantee is a floor, so real results could beat it. Our cost per meeting calculator lets you put in your own price, volume and no-show rate. If the deal size is small, these numbers rarely work; if it's large, they often do.
It also helps to know what volume sits behind the fee. Belkins' 2026 study reports 7.5 million cold emails in 2025, a 0.45% reply rate and over 1,200 appointments, which is about one appointment per 6,250 emails (our division). Across all clients, that's the scale of effort behind a retainer.
What do Belkins reviews say?
Most public reviews are positive, with a minority describing missed targets or poor fit. On Clutch, Belkins shows 4.9 from 234 reviews. Common praise is communication (63 mentions), professionalism (49) and timeliness (49). The most common reviewed project size is $10,000 to $49,000 (175 reviews), which brackets a few months of retainer. Reviewers who criticise it mention leads that didn't match their criteria, unclear visibility into targeting and slow starts.
Two Clutch cases show the range. One software company missed its target in the first three months, and Belkins gave a free month; the client later called the work successful. A medical device software client had a slow start, then caught up. Belkins' own page lists a G2 score of 4.8 from 93 reviews.
Other platforms are thinner. Trustpilot shows 4.4 from 13 reviews, with one 2-star review about "intense" pressure to sign, and a note that Belkins hasn't recently invited customers to review. Fit varies by niche, so read the reviews closest to your own market. Competitors also quote Gartner reviewers on cost and on weaker results in niche markets (via Callbox, a competitor, so check the source yourself).
How long is a Belkins contract?
Belkins doesn't publish its contract length. The service page says only that onboarding confirms "contract specifics". Competitors (LeadHaste, Callbox, Salesforge) state 3 to 6 month minimums and some auto-renewal, but none names a source, so treat that as unconfirmed. Clutch doesn't state contract length either; reviewed engagements run from about a month to ongoing. Check with Belkins and read the cancellation clause before you sign.
The ramp is another gap. Belkins says 14 days to launch. Salesforge and Callbox report 4 to 6 weeks to a working campaign, and results often taking 60 to 90 days, again without evidence we could check. A fair plan is to budget two months before judging results. Our appointment setting companies comparison sets Belkins' terms beside CIENCE, Leadium and others.
What should you ask Belkins before signing?
Ask for the items Belkins doesn't publish, in writing, before any retainer starts. Belkins' own guide to qualified appointments lists five criteria (relevance, decision-making authority, ideal customer profile, budget and need), but it says nothing on no-shows or how a meeting is counted toward the guarantee.
- Which price applies: $5,000, $8,000 or another figure, and what is included.
- Is the target 100 a year or 20 a month, and does the guarantee count booked or held meetings?
- What is the remedy if the number is missed: refund, free month or extension? (A Clutch reviewer reports a free month.)
- Minimum term, auto-renewal and notice period.
- Who owns domains, mailboxes and sequences when you leave.
- Your written definition of a qualified appointment.
- Case studies and a reference in your niche and region.
- Who your SDR will be, and the plan if results lag at month two.
What are the alternatives to Belkins?
The right alternative depends on whether you want a managed team, a cheaper contract or software you control. We checked each vendor's published terms for our list of appointment setting companies; the table summarises, and you can read the detail there.
| Option | Best for | What it costs | Trade-off |
| Belkins | Managed multi-channel campaigns with a volume guarantee | From $5,000 a month (service page); price not on pricing page | Unpublished term and remedy; booked vs held |
| CIENCE | Teams that want published, itemised pricing | Published on its pricing page | Check current reviews yourself |
| Leadium | Month-to-month terms | Not published | Says it doesn't guarantee appointment outcomes |
| In-house SDR | Teams that want full control | See outsourcing sales and our SDR cost guide | Hiring and ramp time |
| Outbound Labs AI SDR | Teams with a clear offer that want to run outbound themselves | Growth $149 a month for 5,000 emails; see AI SDR pricing | You supply the offer, approve every campaign and take the calls |
Our position: if your deal size supports $60,000 to $96,000 a year and you want someone else to run the whole motion, get a Belkins quote and two others, and compare cost per held meeting. If you haven't proven the message, spend a month on software first, then decide whether to hire an agency. You can check Outbound Labs pricing and run a cost comparison before you do. We're biased here, so weigh our view against the reviews above.
Frequently asked questions
Does Belkins have a free trial or pay-per-meeting option?
Belkins doesn't advertise a free trial. It sells monthly retainers, and its own cost guide argues against pay-per-appointment models. Check with Belkins whether a short pilot is possible.
Is Belkins legit?
Yes, in the sense that it is an operating agency with hundreds of client reviews on Clutch and a published team structure. Legit doesn't mean right for you. A small number of reviewers report missed targets or poor delivery.
How many meetings does Belkins book?
Its service page guarantees 100 appointments a year on the entry package and headlines 20 monthly meetings. Its 2026 study reports over 1,200 appointments from 7.5 million cold emails in 2025, across all campaigns.
Are Belkins' reviews reliable?
Clutch and G2 reviews are submitted by clients through those platforms, which is better than testimonials on a vendor site, but agencies commonly invite their happiest clients. Read the middle and low scores as well as the average.
What is a cheaper alternative to Belkins?
Software you run yourself costs far less per month, but you supply the offer and the follow-up. Outbound Labs' Growth plan is $149 a month for 5,000 emails, and you approve every campaign.
