lemlist pricing: what the plans, credits and add-ons really cost per seat and per email

lemlist pricing from its live page: Email $55-69 a month, Multichannel $87-109 per seat, plus credits. Real cost per seat, per email and per meeting.

Short answer

lemlist costs $55 a month on yearly billing ($69 monthly) for its Email plan, which covers a whole workspace, and $87 per user per month yearly ($109 monthly) for Multichannel. Enterprise is custom. Contact data and buying signals are separate add-ons from $16 and $21 a month, so a solo founder using everything pays about $124 a month on a yearly plan.

Key takeaways

  • The Email plan is one flat price for unlimited users. Multichannel is charged per user, so five seats on monthly billing is $545.
  • Data is a second bill. The $16 to $20 enrichment add-on buys 2,000 credits, which finds about 400 emails or 100 phone numbers.
  • Sending is cheap on lemlist: about $0.03 an email at 3,000 sends per seat on Multichannel, and about a tenth of a cent on the Email plan. The cost is the person running it.
  • Many 2026 articles quote old per-user prices. Only lemlist's own page, read on 25 October 2026, is used for the prices below.
  • lemlist is software you operate. An AI SDR is priced to include the research, writing and sending, so compare cost per meeting, not cost per seat.

Ask what lemlist costs and you'll get four different answers, because most articles about it were written before lemlist changed its plans. We read the live lemlist pricing page on 25 October 2026 and built every number below from it. Where a figure comes from anywhere else, we say so. We haven't used lemlist for this post, so what follows is the published price list and the arithmetic on top of it.

How much does lemlist cost in 2026?

lemlist has two self-serve plans and one custom plan. Email is $69 a month, or $55 on yearly billing, and covers a whole workspace. Multichannel is $109 per user per month, or $87 yearly. Enterprise is quoted. Quarterly billing takes 10% off and yearly 20%. Data and buying signals cost extra.

What do you get on the Email, Multichannel and Enterprise plans?

The Email plan is email only: unlimited users and senders, the 650M+ contact database, the email and phone finder (paid in credits), lemAgent, warm-up and CRM integrations. Multichannel adds LinkedIn automation, SMS, a built-in dialer and a Gmail and LinkedIn extension. Enterprise adds SSO, custom roles and a dedicated account manager.

The split that matters for budgeting is who pays for what. Email is a flat workspace price, so adding a fourth rep costs nothing. Multichannel multiplies by headcount. WhatsApp is a separate add-on on top; the page doesn't print its price, so ask lemlist. The pricing FAQ also says the Email plan lets you choose monthly email volume, while the table above shows 50,000. Check with lemlist whether the price moves when the volume does.

How do lemlist credits and add-ons work?

Credits are lemlist's currency for data: finding emails and phone numbers, enriching leads and receiving buying signals. The enrichment add-on gives 2,000 credits a month, which lemlist says buys 400 emails or 100 phone numbers. You're charged only for successful results. That implies 5 credits per email and 20 per phone number.

The add-on works out to $0.01 per credit on monthly billing ($0.008 yearly). An email found costs about $0.05 and a phone number about $0.20. Intent signals work out to $0.29 each on monthly billing, or $0.21 yearly.

Here's what that means for a list. Finding emails for 1,000 new leads takes 5,000 credits, about $50 at the add-on rate. The single add-on on the page covers 400 leads a month. If you build lists in lemlist, the credit line will outgrow the plan line quickly. If you bring your own list from another data source, it won't matter. The page shows only the 2,000-credit pack, so ask lemlist how larger packs are priced.

What does lemlist cost per seat and per email?

Per seat, the Email plan is the cheapest way to add reps, and Multichannel is the most expensive once you pass two or three people. Per email, lemlist is very cheap: about $0.0014 on the Email plan at its full 50,000 sends, and about $0.03 on Multichannel at 3,000 sends per seat.

Team sizeEmail plan (monthly / yearly)Multichannel, monthly billingMultichannel, yearly billing
1 user$69 / $55$109$87
3 users$69 / $55$327$261
5 users$69 / $55$545$435
10 users$69 / $55$1,090$870

The per-email maths: $69 divided by 50,000 emails is $1.38 per 1,000 emails ($1.10 per 1,000 on the yearly $55). On Multichannel, one yearly seat at $87 sending 3,000 emails a month is $0.029 an email; on monthly billing at $109 it's $0.036. The 3,000 figure is our assumption, so swap in yours. These costs exclude the mailboxes and domains you connect.

For reference, Outbound Labs charges $149 a month for 5,000 emails ($0.03 each) on Growth, and $499 for 25,000 emails ($0.02 each extra) on Scale. See our plans. Nearly the same cost per email. The difference is what the price includes, which the last sections cover.

Why do articles disagree about lemlist's price?

They disagree because lemlist restructured its plans in 2026 and many pages still describe the old ones. The current page prices Email per workspace; older write-ups price it per user. Some reviews still list a free plan or four tiers. When you see a number, find the date it was checked and compare it with the table above.

Most of these pages are written by lemlist competitors, and we sell something nearby too, so read everyone's framing with care. The rollover conflict is the one we can't settle from outside. lemlist's FAQ is the better source, but get it confirmed before you rely on it.

What does a real lemlist bill look like?

A solo founder who wants email, LinkedIn, contact data and signals pays $124 a month on yearly billing: $87 for Multichannel, $16 for enrichment, $21 for signals. On monthly billing it's $158. A cheaper email-only setup with enrichment is $71 yearly ($55 plus $16).

SetupMonthly billingYearly billing (per month)
Email plan only$69$55
Email plan + enrichment + signals$118$92
1 Multichannel seat + enrichment + signals$158$124
3 Multichannel seats + enrichment + signals$376$298

The three-seat rows assume the add-ons are bought once for the workspace. The page doesn't say whether they're per user, as Zeliq also notes, so ask lemlist. If they're per user, the number goes up.

Then add what lemlist doesn't list: the mailboxes and domains you send from, a calling subscription if you use phones, list verification if you buy data elsewhere, and, the big one, the hours someone spends building lists, writing sequences and answering replies. We can't price your time, but you should.

How does lemlist pricing compare with an AI SDR?

lemlist is cheaper per month, and an AI SDR does more of the work. lemlist sends the sequences you build. An AI SDR also researches accounts, writes the emails and handles replies. So compare cost per booked meeting, which includes your time, rather than the monthly sticker.

The formula is software spend divided by meetings booked, plus your hours at your own rate. Using the software line only: $124 a month on lemlist is $124 per meeting at one meeting, $41 at three and $25 at five. Those meeting counts are hypothetical; plug in your own reply and meeting rates. The cost per meeting only looks low if someone is doing the research and writing for free.

When is lemlist worth paying for, and when should you skip it?

We'd pick lemlist when you have reps who like writing, an existing list source and a need for LinkedIn alongside email. The flat Email plan is a good deal for a team that only sends email. We'd skip it when nobody has time to run campaigns, or when data credits will be your main spend.

  • Good fit: two to four reps, own lead source, mixed email and LinkedIn, someone who owns copy and replies.
  • Weak fit: a founder with no spare hours; a team that wants phones and heavy signal monitoring (credits climb); a large team that doesn't need Multichannel on every seat.
  • Look elsewhere: if you only want a sender, compare the cold email software options. If you want the work done, look at an AI SDR.

One more thing no pricing page covers: volume. Sending more email from more inboxes needs caps and stop rules whatever tool you use; our guide to AI cold email deliverability has the numbers, and human approval for AI SDRs covers who signs off what.

What should you ask lemlist before buying?

Ask five things the page leaves open, and get answers in writing: whether Email-plan price changes with volume, whether add-ons are per user or per workspace, how larger credit packs are priced, whether credits roll over, and what the account can still do after the trial ends. Then run the 14-day trial with your real list.

Frequently asked questions

Does lemlist have a free plan?
The pricing page lists a 14-day free trial of the Multichannel plan features (except in-app calls) with 200 free credits. Third-party reviews say the account drops to a limited state afterwards until you add payment details. Check with lemlist on exactly what stays available.
Is lemlist cheaper if I pay yearly?
Yes. The page shows 20% off for yearly billing and 10% off for quarterly. Email goes from $69 to $55 a month and Multichannel from $109 to $87 per user. Yearly means a 12-month commitment, so a team that might churn should weigh that.
Do lemlist credits roll over?
lemlist's own pricing FAQ says unused credits roll over for as long as your subscription stays active. At least one third-party breakdown from May 2026 says they are forfeited at month end. Go with lemlist's page, and confirm it in writing before you buy a large allowance.
Is lemwarm included in the price?
Yes. The pricing FAQ says lemwarm and built-in deliverability protections come with all plans. You still pay for the mailboxes and domains you connect, and warm-up does not fix a bad list. Our deliverability guide covers the stop rules that matter.
Is lemlist an AI SDR?
lemlist sells an AI agent (lemAgent) and AI research and messaging features inside a sequencing platform that a person operates. An AI SDR in the Outbound Labs sense researches, writes, sends and handles replies for you, with you approving each campaign.
