Short answerQualified does not publish prices. Its pricing page lists three plans (Premier, Enterprise, Ultimate), each with a contact-us button. Vendr's deal data puts the median buyer at about $70,000 a year, with deals from $36,150 to $124,473. Competitor blogs quote higher list prices, but none show their method, so get a written quote.
Key takeaways
- Qualified lists Premier, Enterprise and Ultimate with no dollar figures. Every plan is a custom quote.
- Qualified does publish limits: Premier covers 250K monthly web sessions and 2.5K active email contacts, Enterprise 2M and 10K, Ultimate 5M and 24K.
- Vendr reports a median of $70,000 a year and a range of $36,150 to $124,473. That is the best third-party figure, and still an estimate.
- At the Vendr median, Qualified costs about $5,833 a month, so it has to produce about 6 extra meetings a month if each is worth $1,000 to you. Do that sum with your own numbers.
- Competitor pricing posts conflict with each other and have a reason to quote high. Treat them as ranges, not prices.
Qualified is the website-first AI SDR from Qualified.com, now owned by Salesforce. Its agent, Piper, talks to people who land on your site and follow up with leads by email. There is no price on the site, so every figure below is either from Qualified's own pages or from a named third party, with the date we checked (30 October 2026). Where nobody knows, we say "check with Qualified". If you want the same job done on the outbound side, jump to our AI SDR pricing page.
How much does Qualified cost?
Qualified does not publish a price. You request a quote on its pricing page. The best outside number is Vendr's: a median of about $70,000 a year, from $36,150 to $124,473. That is a guide to the order of magnitude, not a quote.
| Plan | Published price | Web sessions / month | Active email contacts / month | Source, checked 2026-10-30 |
| Premier | Check with Qualified | 250K | 2.5K | Qualified pricing page |
| Enterprise | Check with Qualified | 2M | 10K | Qualified pricing page |
| Ultimate | Check with Qualified | 5M | 24K | Qualified pricing page |
| Median buyer (all plans) | About $70,000 a year | n/a | n/a | Vendr, updated Feb 2026 |
| Range seen by Vendr | $36,150 to $124,473 a year | n/a | n/a | Vendr, updated Feb 2026 |
Vendr's page is inconsistent about its sample (it cites 192 purchases in one place and 58 deals in another) and gives no start or end dates for its twelve-month window. Use it as a range.
What do Qualified's plans include?
All three plans include the AI SDR Agent Studio, account segmentation with waterfall enrichment, Salesforce CRM and 20-plus other integrations, reporting, routing and workflow actions. Plans differ mainly by capacity. Enterprise adds agent handoff, MCP and API access and a Salesforce sandbox. Ultimate adds a dedicated IP address and high-volume contact databases.
The page lists "1 agent profile" under every plan's limits and also names multiple agent profiles as an Ultimate feature. We can't reconcile that, so ask Qualified how many profiles your plan allows. Piper itself works website chat, voice and video, email follow-up and meeting booking, per Qualified's Piper page.
Why doesn't Qualified publish its pricing?
Qualified sells on a quote because it priced Piper by capacity, not by usage. Sequence, a billing company, wrote up the decision (22 July 2025). Qualified dropped per-conversation pricing as unpredictable and dropped pay-per-meeting as impractical. Piper started as an add-on and was later folded into every plan.
The practical result for you is a flat annual fee set by how much traffic and email volume you need. That is easier to budget than per-conversation billing. It also means you pay for headroom you may not use, which brings us to the sums.
Are the Qualified price estimates online accurate?
Not reliably. The estimates come mostly from competitors, they disagree, and none shows its working. Treat the spread as the finding: the cheapest credible number is around $36K and the highest estimates top $100K.
| Source | What it says | Caveat |
| Vendr (deal data) | Median $70,000 a year; $36,150 to $124,473; about 23% average saving | Sample size inconsistent on the page |
| MarketBetter (22 Feb 2026) | Premier about $68K list for 25 users, negotiated $40K to $50K; Enterprise about $95,500 | Competitor; cites Vendr and "quote dumps" without links |
| Knock AI (undated) | Premier $42K to $70K, Enterprise $72K to $100K, Ultimate $100K+ | Competitor; gives two different implementation times |
| Salesforge (12 Mar 2026) | No dollar figures; says pricing is custom | Competitor |
What does Qualified really cost per month and per session?
At the Vendr median, Qualified costs about $5,833 a month ($70,000 divided by 12). If you used all of Premier's 250K monthly sessions, that is roughly $23 per 1,000 sessions. Most sites use a fraction of that, and the maths is ours, not Qualified's.
Here is a check you can run in a minute. A B2B site with 20,000 sessions a month uses 8% of Premier's session cap, so your effective cost per 1,000 sessions is about $292 ($5,833 divided by 20). Compare that with how many of those sessions are real buyers, and you see why Qualified fits high-traffic inbound programs.
| Value of one extra meeting | Meetings per month to cover $5,833 | Per year to cover $70,000 |
| $500 | 12 | 140 |
| $1,000 | 6 | 70 |
| $2,500 | 3 | 28 |
These rows are arithmetic with illustrative values, not benchmarks. "Extra" means meetings Piper books that you would not have booked anyway. Our cost per meeting calculator lets you put in your own numbers, and the appointment setting cost guide shows what human-led meetings cost for comparison.
What hidden costs come with Qualified?
Qualified lists Salesforce CRM as an integration, not a requirement, but the license you already pay for it matters if you use it. Beyond that, ask about intent data, implementation, and renewal uplift. A competitor, MarketBetter, says Qualified integrates with third-party intent providers but does not include them; the vendor has not confirmed that, so check.
Also ask about Salesforce packaging. Salesforce announced the deal on 17 December 2025 and says it closed on 1 April 2026. Its own Agentforce pricing lists $2 per conversation and $125 per user per month for sales add-ons. Those are Salesforce rates for Agentforce, not for Qualified, so don't assume Qualified will move to them. Do ask whether your renewal could.
Is Qualified worth it for your team?
Qualified suits teams with steady inbound traffic and a CRM already wired up. Salesforge's competitor review says the same thing: it may not fit teams with little inbound traffic, or ones that want cold outbound or self-serve pricing. We agree with that part. Reviewers on SoftwareReviews call it powerful but expensive, which is thin evidence, so ask for references in your own segment.
Skip it if your site gets a few thousand sessions a month. At that size you are buying capacity you won't fill. A lighter route is to follow up with identified visitors by email, and keep the budget for outbound.
What should you ask Qualified before signing?
Ask for the price per plan in writing, the term length, and what happens when you pass the session or contact cap. Then ask the items below, and get answers by email, not on the call.
- Which plan matches your monthly sessions and email contacts, and what is the overage if you go above?
- How many agent profiles are included? The pricing page is unclear.
- Is Salesforce CRM required, and are intent data providers extra?
- What does renewal look like, and is there a break clause? (Our 11x break-even checklist shows how to test one.)
- Can you run a pilot before an annual commitment?
What are cheaper alternatives to Qualified?
If your goal is meetings, not just inbound conversion, a different tool fits. Qualified works the traffic you already have. Outbound Labs works the people you haven't reached yet. We offer six agents, you approve every campaign, and Growth is $149 a month for 5,000 emails ($0.03 per extra). Scale is $499 for 25,000 ($0.02 extra), and there is a trial of 750 emails with no card. See our pricing or how the AI SDR works.
These are different jobs, so the price gap is not a like-for-like comparison. Model your own case with the AI SDR ROI calculator.
Frequently asked questions
Does Qualified have a free trial or a free plan?
Qualified's pricing page shows no free plan or trial, only a contact-us button on each plan. Check with Qualified whether a pilot or proof of concept is available before you sign.
Is Qualified part of Salesforce now?
Yes. Salesforce announced the deal on 17 December 2025, and its editor's note says it closed on 1 April 2026. Salesforce says Qualified's capabilities will be added to Agentforce Sales and Agentforce Marketing, so packaging may change.
Do I need Salesforce to use Qualified's Piper?
Qualified's Piper page lists Salesforce CRM beside HubSpot, Marketo, Outreach, Salesloft and others as integrations, and does not say Salesforce is required. A competitor article claims it is. Ask Qualified to confirm for your CRM.
Can I negotiate Qualified's price?
Vendr reports buyers saved about 23% on average across the purchases it tracks. That is a third-party figure, not a promise. Multi-year terms and capacity limits are the usual levers, so ask for a written quote on each.
Why does Qualified not charge per meeting or per conversation?
Sequence reports Qualified rejected consumption pricing because it could make bills unpredictable, and rejected pay-per-meeting as impractical because results vary so much. So expect a flat annual fee tied to capacity.
